OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Installation // Tiny & Toothy
I worked in collaboration with Sockeye Creative and SRG architecture firm to design and install this full-scale artwork in a newly constructed wing of the children’s hospital. I created Tiny and Toothy, two central characters whose narrative followed their adventures in some of the most well-known and beloved natural landmarks of Portland and the Columbia Gorge.
The installation include a long corridor, patient rooms, restrooms, glass doors, and ceiling tiles. All of the artwork was handpainted on watercolor paper, then scanned and printed onto large vinyl panels that were installed in the space.
